Eva has worked with Lenard since 1994. She started as a part-time receptionist/secretary at Sutton Group where Lenard was associate broker and top sales producer. Eva stayed with Lenard when he opened his first brokerage, Countrywide Success Realty Inc. When her children reached full-time school age, Eva began working full-time as Lenard’s administrative assistant.

In October of 2001, she completed her real estate licensing courses and works for Lenard full-time as his licensed assistant.
